Catching up, finally read this, and hoping we can all support each other in our fight against ONN. I decided to call him the FIC (Felon-in-Chief) or FOTUS (Felon of the US).
Your experience seems a relevant analogy to what we are experiencing with this idiotic individual. The hits keep coming, but as they do, there are good forces at work. Persist and resist.

As I was reading this, first it reminded me of a time a narcissistic husband and I sat in a marriage counselor's office week after week while the counselor cowered under the control and gaslighting of my (now) ex. When I filed for divorce I called the counselor to let him know. "Good" was all he said. Then, as I kept reading your post, I thought of DJT. I wondered if I should bring that up in the comments. I didn't need to. Great post, Ilona. May we all stand up for what is right. You were courageous to do what you did!
