Yes, yes, yes, it’s time to unwind from your busy day and weekend.
It’s last minute, I know, but maybe it’s just in time.
Whoever needs this the most will find this newsletter in time for tonight’s class at 7 p.m. Eastern Standard Time at no cost to you.
This class is restorative, which means it’s total relaxation, with no effort on your part, except for the preparation. You will stretch in the most gentle way possible.
There are some things you must bring to our Zoom class to experience the benefit of restorative yoga.
If you already have a yoga practice, bring your mat, blocks, bolster, blankets, and extra pillows.
If you’re new to yoga, you don’t need a mat. You can lay on your carpet, a blanket, a mattress, or any comfortable surface. Bring some medium and large towels or blankets, which we will roll up for support. Also, gather some pillows, either from your bed or sofa.
The goal is to feel supported and held by our yoga community in the sacred space of our homes.
