I just returned from Yin/Nidra yoga class and had to learn how to tune out the construction happening next door to the studio. It was hammering and I am one of those people who gets annoyed, but learning to tune those noises around us out. If it is annoying or difficult, that means I need to practice it!

Yep, the elevator was out and the stairs were dark. Decided I didn't really need to run out this morning but can do so tomorrow morning! Then I see your response. Saw your like before I left the computer. Always a miracle.
